The Eagle's Path Zine: Kassandra 1st Image Progression

I decided to share somewhat of a progression table of one of the first images that ended up in the AC Zine, and hopefully give some insight on how undecided I am when it comes to capturing XD. Nonetheless, the journey has been exciting, and pushed me to experiment, and expand my creativity in ways that I probably wouldn't have if it wasn't for participating.
So this is a takeaway I'm grateful for.

And without delaying any further, because I don't know how to communicate, let's begin to look at how I got to the final image of "Kassandra cosplaying Elsa".

The very first captures I came in with was with the idea to create an image inspired by Frozen. To be more direct, Kassandra cosplaying Elsa. All thanks to Tumblr for inspiring the idea, I could never unsee white/silver haired Kassandra the same ever again. The post here is why you'll see. It's always my fault for never seeing anything until it's too late.

Buuut, as much as I enjoyed the idea of Elsa Kassandra, I also wanted to expand a little, and experiment with other colours. I tried a few colours: purple, green, magenta, black, but I didn't find anything truly unique or that inspired me for the zine other than the red. And I have to say for a good moment I thought about delivering photos inspired by opposite elements between fire and ice, and this red could've been it.

But in the end, I'm stubborn, and wanted to go a little further with the first idea, and include the blue. At this point I had a good idea what I was going for, and had a simple colour scheme of blue, white, and silver.

Again, I experimented, trying different outfits, breaking the colour scheme. The only consistency being the crown/headband at all times, but I never took a good photo of headgear.

I changed the outfit here a tad Exchanging the Persian Elite headband for the Helios crown, and the Arena Fighter's set for Odysseus set (bracers, belt, greaves)

In the end, I crawled back to the beginning, and decided this was the look and setting (Pegasos gear set), swapping the helmet for the Conqueror's Crown for the final submission.

This here being the final image I submitted. One of four images, which I will continue to share progression of those later on.
